Email Marketing Is Here To Stay [PODCAST]

The Small Business Marketing Report
The Small Business Marketing Report

This is episode 2 of The Small Business Marketing Report a bi-weekly audio podcast co-hosted by myself, Sean, and Robert Tyson of the Tyson Report. In each episode we look at the challenges facing small business and startups in the world of online marketing and social media.

In this episode we look at the newly released Facebook Graph Search and the impact that may have on businesses wanting to use Facebook for marketing. What much of the social media community thought was strange news from LinkedIn that they are closing down the Answers section of their website, and an alternative Quora, who will benefit as a result.

We also go in depth on email marketing and why it is still a relevant part of your tool kit. With some hints and tips on how to use it effectively. We compare the Aweber and MailChimp email marketing platforms and discuss how you can easily setup automated email marketing programs.
